A Minute With Pastor — 06/13/2010
We all view life through our personal bias and vantage point. When we look at a painting of a sun, we either see the sun setting or rising. When we look at half a glass of water, we either see it half-empty or half-full. Indeed, our starting point determines our ending point.
Every person looks at life’s situations through two and only two value systems. Either we view life through a secular world view or a biblical world view. Each one is mutually exclusive of the other.
In a secular world view, one believes life evolved, there is no final authority, the Bible is a good book, religions are all the same, and man is the decider. In a biblical world view, however, one believes God created all things, we will stand before Him in judgment, the Bible is His inerrant word, Christianity is a way of life, and God has the final say. How you live each day determines which world view you embrace. So, how are you living?
