Life is hard and certainly not always a bed of roses. It is filled with hardship and difficulty as you travel around sharp turns along bumpy highways. Pot holes are numerous and the road long and twisting. At times, it almost seems you are on a rollercoaster ride.
As a Christian, the journey can be even more challenging. Yes, God is the overseer and the Spirit is our director, but you are in a foreign land and, dare I say, in enemy territory. You might even find yourself behind enemy lines as darkness seeks to wall you in. Yet, the One who rose again, the One who conquered death, and the One who ever lives is the One who dwells in you and has given you the ultimate victory.
No matter what duress or distress you face, as a child of God you do so with the Son of God by your side. In fact, He is at the forefront preparing your path and supplying you with His sufficient grace. Look to Him!
