After graduation from Penn State University, Jim accepted a job in Anchorage, Alaska. Soon thereafter, two men from Grace Baptist Church visited him and shared his gospel need. "That night," Jim recalls, "was the first time I understood I was a sinner in need of a sinless Savior"
After several years of spiritual growth, he left his career in accounting to pursue full-time ministry. He graduated from Baptist Bible Seminary in 1992 and after several fruitful years of ministry in Indiana, God led him and his family to become the lead pastor of Fellowship in 2002.
His wife, Jacquie, and their four children have continued to be his favorite hobby. He also enthusiastically follows the St. Louis baseball team:

That decision eventually led her to join a home school group at Fellowship. She started attending the church for the Youth Group but stayed for the expository preaching.
Teri joined the church staff in 2012 and soon became involved in the counseling ministry. She is the Backyard Bible Club Director and leads the Ladies Precept Bible Study.
Married to Rick, they are blessed with one daughter, Rebekah. She is also fond of her Grand Kitties, Sophia and Mila. When extra time avails, it is spent scrapbooking or working in the yard.

Growing up in a Navy family, Rob has lived in many places, from Virginia to California. It was in his mother's home state of Pennsylvania that he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of 8. He studied guidance and counseling at Bob Jones University and earned his master's degree in counseling from Trinity Graduate School in Deerfield, Illinois. Rob has a passion for ministry through music and enjoys listening to classical and contemporary artists who honor our Lord Jesus through music.
He is married to his wonderful wife Becky, and they've been blessed with four children: Christiana, Bethany, Jordan and Evangeline.
Rob's hobbies include tennis, basketball and watching Kung Fu movies when his wife goes away!
Jacquie has been involved in music ministry in some capacity since she came to Christ at age 11. God used this vehicle of music to bring understanding of the gospel message to her young heart at Grace Baptist Church in Tonawanda, NY.
She earned her degree in Music Education from Clarks Summit University in Pennsylvania, and her Masters of Music from Kent State University.
Jacquie considers it a great privilige to have spent over 25 years in multi-faceted ministry alongside her husband, Jim, Lead Pastor at Fellowship. Together they have four adult children: Jessica (Scott), Austin, Caroline, and Joelle.
