If you have ever been to one of the natural wonders in our own country, it truly does take your breath away. Whether the Grand Canyon, Yosemite National Park, Niagara Falls, or Mount McKinley, you cannot miss the hand of a masterful Designer. And to think this beauty occurred AFTER the global flood!
Whether you’ve been to the zoo, visited the wilderness or simply turned on the Discovery Channel, you encounter the amazing beauty of the animal kingdom. From the colorful flamingo to the cuddly panda bear to the roaring lion to the boisterous parrot to the giant sea turtle, life in the air, land or water is incredible.
Then there’s the birth of a newborn baby and the intricate features in miniature form. The delicate fingers, the soft skin, the prominent chin, the chubby legs, the dark eyes all packaged in a precious bundle and God-delivered to the arms of loving parents.
How can anyone not see the greatness of the Creator? You’d have to be blind! Unfortunately, that’s exactly the problem:
“whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe” (2 Corinthians 4:4)
Thankfully, there is a cure for such woes of man:
“For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” (4:6).
